The Thai word "Farang" refers to guava, a fruit widely consumed throughout Thailand, but it also refers to a person of "white" race

 from the USA and Europe.

In northeast Thailand, known as Isan, several hundred farang men are living with their Thai wives in Isan villages.

I am not a match-maker, but use to introduce Farang men to meet with their Thai soul- mates, and enjoy their happy life.

The site of a low-cost bungalow where I want to set up a local "Farang Community" on my parcel of land is only 4-5 kilometers from Buriram Airport. The cost of an equipped bungalow is less than the US $20,000. The site is near a canal, with a water supply, electricity, and internet, and is surrounded by good neighbors.

 

If you want to enjoy the local lifestyle in a Thai rural village while doing integrated horticulture projects, you will be allowed to carry out such programs free of charge.

According to Thai law, a foreigner can lease property or land in his or her name for an initial 30 years and can renew the lease for a total of 90 years. They can also sell their rights to others.

Those foreign married couples who seek retirement visas for Thailand are welcome. We will provide immigration services. All the projects will be done according to Thai law.
