 Nagas Act East, and GO-INTER!

Several hundred Nagas from northeastern India and northern Myanmar may already work in the countries of Asia, Europe, and the United States.

They traveled overseas in their ways or through Christian contacts. Each of them has to take responsibility for their own lives, as there is no specific organization in their own country has the duty directly to help them when problems take place.

It is right to suggest that from now on, private Naga sectors such as foundations should be set up, to support and help Nagas who wish to work overseas.

Hundreds, if not thousands, of young Nagas have graduated from universities and are looking for jobs overseas, but they do not know where to seek guidance or any organizations to help them what to do.

We should have the office to handle the work to serve the younger Naga generation- assist young graduates who wish to work in a foreign country such as English teachers.

Although these young Naga teachers will travel overseas as Indian citizens, Naga offices in Manipur or Nagaland, and representatives in foreign countries such as Thailand, and China, will follow up the work, taking care of them.

In the event of sickness, accident, or an unexpected layoff, they must find someone or representatives who can help them.

It might be difficult for the startup, but the work will run smoothly in the future.

We will gain more knowledge from studying the two above websites or any relating websites from Google.

Any Nagas, young and old, Gen. Z, Millennial, Gen. X, Boomers, and Silent, should help each other; plan and map out the work together for the future of Nagas in the years to come.

Today, hundreds of young Nagas hold a bachelor's degree and also have TEFL or TESOL certifications. They are qualified to teach English, but cannot find employment at home.

If they want to work in a foreign country, with the consent of their parents or guardian. We should support and seek jobs in foreign countries for them.
