Upekkha is one of four points in the popular "Four BRAHMA-VIHARA- พรหมวืหารสี่", a popular Buddhism teaching and also in Hindu. It means equanimity, calm based on wisdom, stability in the face of the fluctuations of worldly fortune.
Upekkha is a way to replace hostility. People of all faiths can
practice Equanimity in their daily life to maintain a balanced mind during the
chaos.
Our life today is facing with crisis, Covid-19 of myriad species are still threatening us, and we do not know when will they vanish from this world.
Today, we are facing a difficult life, suffering from
emotional illness and the economy. A large number of human beings are facing with food
shortage, they are crawling in the abyss of darkness, still do not see the
light at the end of the tunnel.
In a nutshell, I urge you to cultivate Upekkha in your life
today, tomorrow, and forever. Let our life be full of Equanimity and ready to solve the
whole problems และพร้อมที่จะเผชิญหน้ากับวิกตฤของโลก and
dare to face the crisis world.
